AMODIA Bioservice GmbH is specialized in molecular detection and identification of microorganisms in samples of all kinds. For microbial quality control our innovative test-kits from the easyFlow® series detect microbial growth in standard cultures within 24 hours. This accelerates product release and reduces costs. A starter package, which contains all necessary reagents and equipment to perform these assays, is also available.
The services focus on microbiome analysis as well as quantitative detection (qPCR) of specific microorganisms or groups of microorganisms. Our method of Universal Molecular Identification (UMID) allows to detect and categorize even unknown organisms in different sample materials without previous knowledge about the microbial community.
AMODIA Bioservice also develops customer-specific detection systems. This includes new quantitative detection systems as well as on-site test-kits. The later are based on our generic detection platforms, which use lateral-flow dipsticks in order to combine simple usage, quick results and flexible scale-up.
